Affiliate Disclosure

Accounting Software Pilot is an independently operated editorial publication. To support our research and keep our content free to read, we participate in affiliate partnerships with accounting, ERP, payroll, and business software vendors. This page explains how those relationships work and what they mean for you as a reader.
How We Earn Revenue
Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. When you click on an affiliate link and take a qualifying action — such as signing up for a free trial, requesting a demo, or completing a purchase — the software vendor or an affiliate network may pay us a referral commission. This transaction happens between us and the vendor. It does not add any cost to the price you pay.
Programs We Participate In
We work with software vendors and affiliate networks across the accounting and business software industry. Our current and planned affiliate relationships include, but are not limited to:
- Sage (including Sage Intacct, Sage 50, and Sage Business Cloud)
- Intuit (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Payroll)
- Xero
- FreshBooks
- Oracle NetSuite
- Acumatica
- Gusto, ADP, Paychex, and Rippling (payroll and HR)
- Other vendors through networks such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, and PartnerStack
This list is not exhaustive. We may add or remove affiliate partnerships over time as our coverage expands.
How We Identify Affiliate Links
Articles that contain affiliate links include a disclosure statement near the top of the page or within the relevant section. Outbound affiliate links on this site may pass through a redirect (e.g., accountingsoftwarepilot.com/go/product-name) that routes through the appropriate affiliate tracking system before reaching the vendor’s website.
Editorial Independence
Affiliate relationships have no influence on our editorial process. Specifically:
- An affiliate partnership does not guarantee that a product will be reviewed or included in any comparison
- Commission rates do not affect review scores, rankings, or recommendations
- Our editorial team can and does publish critical findings about products from affiliate partners
- Products without affiliate programs receive the same evaluation treatment as those with programs
Our review methodology is documented on our Editorial Standards page.
FTC Compliance
This disclosure is published in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). For additional information about our compliance practices, see our FTC Compliance page.
